Fixlock 3 Container lock
Effective theft protection of goods in ISO containers in connection with loading, unloading, storage and storage.

CC FixLock 3 is mounted above the handle and pressed against the container door.
CC FixLock 3 now prevents the handle from being rotated and the container opened.
Locking: Push up the lock and turn the key. Check that the lock is engaged.
CC FixLock 3 is stored locked on the locking bar free of the handle.
In a few seconds and without intervention in the container - and thus unnecessary costs - goods can be secured optimally in leasing and shipping containers as well as on trucks with similar locking bars.
Application
CC FixLock 3 is developed to secure container goods during loading, unloading and storage, as well as for storage containers.
Insurance approval
- Until 31.12.2015, CC FixLock 3 was approved in the highest class for securing the ISO standard container by Forsikring og Pension and approved under F&P report no. 821.0 / 04.
- New approval: SSF 1051 class 2
Technical description
- Dimensions (L x W x H) 200 mm x 100 mm x 50 mm. Weight approx. 5.3 kg
- The standard dimensions of the container can in some cases be exceeded by 5 mm. The lock housing is cast in steel 52, which after processing has been insert hardened and surface-treated with powder coating.
- Gripper is cast in steel 52 and subsequently galvanized.
- The gripper is attached to the lock housing with two hardened and galvanized steel pins.
Cylinders
The lock is fitted as standard with a Cisa SP cylinder with a patented key profile. It can be mounted with all other types of euro or Scandinavian cylinders in minimum blue class - as well as with our code lock.
